Quality Control Mechanism In Firm
Sanish & Associates quality has been guided by its ICAN designed Audit Practice Manual (APM) & NSA and NSQC 1. Our audit methodologies are guided through APM, NSQC 1 and NSA which are mentioned in below point.
Leadership within the firm
Principal decides on all key matters regarding the firm. All personnel accept responsibility for leading and promoting a quality assurance culture within firm and other necessary practical aids and guidance to support engagement quality. Communication regarding firm’s quality is done via various modes like training, seminars, formal or informal meeting, newsletters, and internal correspondence.
Relevant ethical requirements
Firm and its all individuals shall comply with relevant ethical requirements including code of ethics issued by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN), code of conduct issued by it and any additional local regulatory requirements.
Acceptance and continuance of client relationships and specific engagement
Firm only accepts new engagements or continues existing engagements where it has the capabilities, including time and resources, to do so, and can comply with ethical requirements and has considered the integrity of the client and has no information to conclude that the client lacks integrity.
The engagement partner shall approve the acceptance or continuance of the engagement, in accordance with the firm policies and procedures, and shall document such approval.

Furthermore, Documentation is updated or revised as required by the Nepal Standard Quality Control 1 (NSQC-1) and Nepal Standard on Auditing (NSA) issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN).
